PreRequisites:

 

Prerequisite: Must have completed an AHA - Healthcare Provider CPR Course - no more than 90 days prior to taking the Instructor Course with a written score of 90% or above. CPR Card must be presented at beginning of Instructor Course.

 

Must have Letter of Recommendation from your BLS Instructor.

 

You must have an alignment with an AHA Community Training Center & Completed Core-Course OnLine Certificate PRIOR TO CLASS DATE!

 

OnLine Core-Course Instructor Certificate - Must turn in completed certificate beginning of class

All Instructor Classes are Conducted by an AHA Regional or Training Center Faculty.

The Course Director Has The Final Authority !!

All Course Requirements Must Be Completed in Order To Attain Instructor Status !

This Course is designed to prepare the individual to teach the multiple levels of American Heart Association

CPR Programs.

All candidate's in the training program will actively perform skills.

 

All required documents must be submitted Day of Class or Admittance to class will be denied and fees forfeited.

 

Full Instructor status will not be received until the candidate has taught in a course and has been monitored by an

Instructor Trainer within 6 Months.

 

Above Requirements are mandated policies of The American Heart Association

 

Classes Size: Min 5 Students - Max 15 Students

AHA classes are one day in length. Class times are 10:00am to 5:00pm

Course Fee: $ 150.00 - CASH / MONEY ORDER / CERTIFIED BUSINESS CHECK

Course fees due 30 days before CPR Instructor Course!

Course fees must be received to confirm registration!

Course fees are refundable only if class date selected is full or canceled by Course Director !
